More Cake (and Spaghetti)

On Jackson's actual birthday, February 2nd, we let him have some leftover birthday cake from his party that was a couple days earlier. He also had pasta with red sauce for dinner. Here's how that turned out:

One Year Well Check Up

Jackson had his one-year well check-up this morning. Doctor said he is doing well and can transition to whole milk instead of formula now - a difference of about $20 less per week (Yes, that's $1,040 per year)! He also had 4 immunizations - MMR, Var, Flu, and H1N1 - and got 4 cartoon bandaids. He was supposed to get Hep A too, but they were out. Something to look forward to at his next appointment :)

Weight: 22 lbs, 10 ounces (50%)
Height: 29 3/4 inches (50%)
Head Circumference: 18 1/2 inches (75%)

Also, I purchased Jackson a Mega Millions ticket for his birthday and he won $2! I did, however, purchase $5 of tickets. Oh, well. Better than nothing.
